Payment is processed securely upon booking via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). A refundable security deposit pre-authorization hold is required at check-in to cover incidental room damages.

Smoke-Free & Property Rules

CMI Hotel 1935 is a 100% smoke-free historic boutique property. Smoking inside rooms will incur an automatic cleaning fee. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM for the comfort of all registered guests.
